Plyometric - Triphasic

Plyometric–Triphasic Strength Training is all about building explosive power and total-body control. We use jump-based movements (plyometrics) to make you quicker and more reactive, and combine them with a three-phase strength method (eccentric, isometric, concentric). This teaches your body to absorb force, hold it, and then unleash it faster — helping you run faster, jump higher, and stay stronger in your sport.
