Refund & Credit Policy

At Athletic Performance Edge, we value our athletes and strive to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness.

1. Unused Sessions – Refunds or credits are available if less than 50% of the program has been completed (a 10% admin fee may apply).

2. After 50% Completion – Refunds are not issued; a credit toward future training (valid for 6 months) may be provided.

3. Medical/Injury Exceptions – With a doctor’s note, a pro-rated refund or credit will be given without penalty.

4. Cancellations/No-Shows – Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

5. Expiration – Unused sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

6. Special Circumstances – Relocation, illness, or other exceptional cases will be reviewed individually.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
